What happens if I send in a ‘damaged’ disc for repair? If we receive a disc with top side damage that cannot be repaired, ScratchMasters will return the disc “as is” and issue a ScratchMasters voucher that entitles you to a free disc repair. ScratchMasters is not responsible for damages done to discs during transport to or from our site. | What happens if you lose a disc? ScratchMasters is not responsible for lost or damaged discs during transport from or to our customers. However, if a disc is lost once ScratchMasters opens your mailer until we mail off your discs, our maximum liability is $10.00 per disc or the value of the disc, whichever is less. | What are ScratchMasters limitations of liabilities? ScratchMasters is under no circumstances liable for the following: (1) third party claims against you for damages; (2) loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or (3) economic damages or incidental damages. |
